Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-made products unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please double-check all spelling and design choices before finalizing your order.
What is the difference between steel tip and soft tip darts?
Steel tip darts are designed for traditional sisal bristle boards, whereas soft tip darts feature flexible plastic tips intended for electronic dartboards. Always ensure you are using the correct tip for your board type to avoid damage.
